Welcome!

We Run for FUN! And health, stress relief, get out of the house, feel better, build confidence, and for any other excuse we can think of!

Do you think that running sucks?  Don’t worry, it’s ok if you do.  Some days even experienced runners feel that way.  But it doesn’t need to feel like that most of the time.

Honestly running can be hard, but usually we make it a lot harder than it needs to be.

The most common cause of injuries for new runners is that they try too hard at first.  Second cause is using bad shoes and other gear.

Let’s look at that first reason.  Shin splints, cramps, Runner’s Knee, and other aches and pains is usually your body saying, “Hold up, what’s going on here?”

Running seems easy, but your feet, ankles, legs and hips are actually a very complicated structure that needs time to adjust and strengthen enough to handle the rigors of running.

Have ever wondered how some people can run so much? The answer is simply that they do run so much.

Welcome to Run Like You, where the focus is helping you run your best.  This is for new runners, recreational runners, mid pack runners, basically anyone who knows they aren’t going to win their next race and just care about their own PR’s.
